  • FOUNDATIONS

    Build your running form

    You are maybe already a runner or not at all, it’s ok. In this training program we will evaluate your fitness level and your goals. We will make sure your training plan is progressive in order to stay away from injuries. After the initial call, I will be able to make a personalised program that fits into your lifestyle and current commitments.

    Your life will not change but your fitness will.

    For distances up to 42km. Also available for small groups.

  • BEAT YOUR PB

    We will make sure you can beat your current personal best time.

    This program is aimed at working on your speed - consistency is the key. After an analysis of your PB and your future goals a training program will be designed with a focus on improving your speed to beat your current PB. Focus will be on refining your running form and building strength.

    This training will be based on short and medium distances.

  • GO LONG

    Make sure your body and mind are ready to push your limits for long distances.

    We will make sure your body and mind are ready to endure the distance. This training program incorporates a range of sports. With a varied exercise program and by using different techniques we will train your full body to be ready for long distance running. A strong body is usually not enough to push this limit, your mental strength also does 50% of the job.

    For any distances above 42km.

Use Running As Cross Training For Your Sport

At Nomad Runner Spirit we understand that not everyone is a runner but running can be a really good cross-training option for other sports. Professional runners go to the gym, swim, bike and play other sports as a way of boosting their training…. why not use running to power up your training for your sport?!
