Nomad Running Spirit S&C focuses on customised strength programs specifically designed to enhance running performance, prevent injuries and improve running economy.
Coach Thibault is not a generic PT, he creates structured systems built for endurance performance.
The approach is based on a 5 step system:
Step 1 - Assessment
We will identify your weaknesses, imbalances and movement limitations.
Step 2 - Build the base
Following the assessment, you will be guided through the foundations of mobility, control and strength
Step 3 - Get strong
A progressive overload will be planned in correlation to your goals
Step 4 - Transfer to performance
This is where power, stability and sport-specific strength will occur
Step 5 - Stay injury-free
Each session will be analysed by Coach Thibault for ongoing adjustments to keep your training consistent
