  • Lunge to half hanumanasana

Floor:

  • Knee to chest stretch

  • Figure 4 (laying, seated or standing)

  • Twist (laying or seated)

  • Yoga toe stretch

Stretch Routine 2

Standing:

  • Forward fold/rag doll

  • Downward dog

  • Standing quad stretch

  • Goddess pose with shoulder dips

Floor:

  • Lying hamstring stretch

  • Figure 4 (laying, seated or standing)

  • Twist (laying or seated)

  • Foot massage with golf ball or tennis ball
