Oat & Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These protein balls are delicious and so simple to make! I always have some ready to have a quick on the go snack before or after a run/workout. They can be easily adaptable to add different flavours!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup dark choc chips

  • 2/3 cups peanut butter

  • 2tbs maple syrup

  • 2tbs flax seeds

  • 1tbs water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir until all combined

  • Place in the fridge for 1hr

  • Roll into balls

NOTES:

Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 1week. They can also be frozen for up to 3months.

These protein balls can be easily adapted to change up the flavours… simply swap flax seeds for chia seeds or maple syrup for honey. You can also add cacao powder to give it a chocolatey taste. The options are endless! Enjoy!
